The 10-Minute Check-In: A Daily Practice That Builds Self-Trust

Self-trust isn’t a personality trait—it’s a relationship you build with yourself. One of the fastest ways to strengthen it is a short daily check-in that helps you notice what you feel, what you need, and what you’re avoiding.

The check-in (10 minutes)

  1. Name the feeling: “Right now I feel ____.”

  2. Name the need: “What I need most today is ____.”

  3. Choose one promise you can keep in 24 hours.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is consistency—showing yourself you listen, and then acting like it.
